Flat discs, all the same size, and every color on the wheel at full strength. Rainbow Magic lets the palette argue: pink, white, purple, green, yellow, orange and lilac in a single band with polished gold-tone discs threaded between them, then sharp blues and greens with black and teal cutting through. The third of them leans on turquoise, lilac and gold, black discs standing out hard against the rest. All three are matte and all the same shape, so the change from strand to strand is entirely color.
